This is to inform you that the Intra-Corps First Aid Competition allocated on 7^th May 2011 as indicated in the parents’ letter will be postponed to 14^th May. The reason is that 7^th May coincides with the Polling Day. As such, there will be one more training session per house within the week of 10^th May to 13^th May to prepare your child/ward for the competition.

This year’s Intra-Competition will be based on the concept of Realism: the focus will be on how well members can perform as first-aiders, but it will still retain the aspect of diagnosis and the competition case style although it will not be the main focus. The following syllabus is based on situations that members are more likely to encounter in real life:
